Current issues:

12th December 2018: Interactive Tests Issue – Investigation Ongoing

We are continuing to test a suitable fix for the ongoing issue with the interactive tests on MARK, as posted on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November and 5th December (please see the below posts). The revised expected date of access remains as January 2018, after the Christmas break.

The marksheet, gap analysis, gap analysis export and reporting functions are not affected by the interactive issues and remain available in MARK.

Customers who have already purchased interactive tests, for use in December, will be provided with replacement paper tests. Your customer representative will be in contact to discuss further and answer any questions that you might have.

21st  November 2018: Interactive Tests Issue – Investigation Ongoing

We are still in the process of testing a suitable fix for the ongoing issue with the interactive tests on MARK, as posted on 7th and 14th  November 2018 (please see the below posts) and hope to have these back online in early December 2018.

We would also like to remind you that the marksheet, gap analysis, gap analysis export and reporting functions are all available in MARK and are not affected by the interactives issue.

For customers who have already purchased interactive tests and need to assess their pupils in November, we will provide replacement paper tests. Your customer representative will have made contact with you to arrange these.

14th November 2018: Interactive Tests Issue – Investigation Ongoing

We are still investigating a suitable fix for the ongoing issue with the interactive tests on MARK, as posted on 7th November 2018 (please see the below post for more information).

For those customers wishing to test during November, we will provide paper tests – your customer representative will have made contact with you to arrange these.

7th November 2018: Interactive Tests Issue – Investigation Ongoing

As part of our regular monitoring of MARK, it has come to our attention that a small number of customers who have intermittent loss of internet connection are encountering inconsistencies in their marksheet view. To ensure we can fix this effectively, we have temporarily suspended both access and further purchasing.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to interactive testing this term and we are actively working towards a robust solution. We’ll be back in touch when there is a fix in place and tests can be accessed again. In the meantime, all customers intending to use the interactives for their autumn testing will receive paper versions from their customer representative.
